At GK Elite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
